i told the forum i was making a huge height growth thread with really good info but i kinda lazed out due to sickness. might get back to it.


but...people wonder why they dont grow on hormones. simply because hormones just arent enough.

physical activity like jumping, sprinting, or really loading in moderation is very important for growth. not because it releases a insignifcant amount of hgh but because it puts strains on ur growth plates. it increases proliferation, increases local igf-1 expression all of which is very important.

if you went on many height growth forums, people who do grow are doing a lot of physical activity.

another fact is ur limbs would be quite literally 30-50% of the size they are rn if u hadnt had any mechanical load. what happens when someone gets paralyzed? their muscles atrophy, their bones get weaker. u wont grow without nphysical activity.


it is IN FACT more important than any hormone (unless ur deficient which is an entirely different case). in fact, u would likely grow more if u just optimized the physical activity part and never even took hormones.
