For those who don’t know I’m 20yo,my growth palates pretty much closed I haven’t done a check but i guess so.
It’s been 2days doing stretching before bed,Today having convo with father,He noticed that I’m the same height as him,That moment filled me with joy,I said “oh good,wtv”
(he’s 5’10ft/177cm) (
️barefoot) I was 5’9ft/175cm barefoot
Now i can fraud with af1 and heel lift to ascend to 5’11ft.
What I done is stretching my Erector spinae,Quadratus lumborum,hamstring
With that i gain +2cm this is really encouraging
Routine:
