Unless you are a late bloomer its over; you need to get an xray to determine your fate (epiphyseal plate closure). If your plates have some potential, you could do HGH and an AI, but don't expect a lot. Softmaxxes that you can do are bonesmashing, smashing the calcaneus. Taking MSM will not allow you to "shrink" during the day if u know what I mean cantt be fucked to pronounce it right. And of xourse wearing height boosters of 2 to 3 inches in boots will make you exponentially taller
