I want to maximize my height growth as much as i can, i’m skinny fat and i need to cut but i don’t know if what im doing is right, for the past like 2 years maybe ive been trying to get in a agro deficit but it backfires and i regain weight, anyways is a 300-500 cal deficit fine to still be able to maximize height growth if not what should i do?

U can’t grow if ur not eating enough kiddo pickup the fork and go to the gym. Cutting is the wrong approach for solving skinny fat

so i should bulk? clean bulk not dirty, although couldn’t i just eat at maintain and maybe lose fat
