So I'm 16 and I'm 172cm in my life I've only had one growth in at 14 to 15 where I've went from 156cm to 167cm. Just wanted to ask if Maasai jumps really work? If yes how frequently should I do it? I have already have a diet and a gym split alongside that I do sprints 2x per week. Cheers

Just take gh get a lot of protein in and thats all you can really do. Height almost all genetic unless youre malnourished or have insomnia.
 
No masai jumps and sprinting don't work. Things you could really do that actually have been proven to work:
-Get your growth plates xrayed
(If they are open you can combine HGH and AI to grow)
-Banded sleeping (This is controversial but BlakeSpeaks made a great video on it on YouTube)
-Get all the nutrients you can

lift heavy, eat sufficient macro and micronutrients and sleep for 7-9hrs and also dont let your posture slack. Other than this, get an xray done to check if ur growth plates are fused and if not then take hgh or some sort of gh secretagogue

if your growth plates are still open at your age just start doing hgh alongside with 8+ hours of sleep
