I been tryna grow taller but I'm not sure what I can do to actually increase my height significantly. I'm currently 5'7 my mom is 5'6 my dad is 5'7 but my grandfather was around 5'11 I'm 16 currently but I started puberty pretty late. What could I do to actually fix my height?

Niga wtf are u expecting when ur family members are below 6ft. Just accept how it is and move on.

Optimize sleep, eat normal food, get ur protein, do some sports. Other than that it's purely genetics tbh...

Wear shoes with big soles, take MSM, hit your micros, and pray for more growth.

did ur parents and grandparents grow up in poor conditions
