Couldn’t find a thread to this topic on the forum.
So apparently you can get 2-4cm in height according to some articles.
They basically inject hyaluronic acid into your heel (the fat pad).

Thoughts on this? Thinking about a DIY approach

honestly don't see any reason on why it wouldn't work tbh, but times going to pass by anyways, might aswell try it

just wear heels mann i been wearing 4' heals to be 5'8 for the longest time everrrr works well until ur at the pool ):

Really at that point just use lifts, maybe they're not in your body but, isn't hyaluronic acid like.. not solid? I mean imagine how much you'd have to inject to get such a height increase, I can guarantee it'd feel weird as shit when you're walking, the 2cm are not worth it

Who wouldnt want to walk around on a water balloon.

I have seen pictures from the procedures and they actually look very natural.
Of course I don’t know about the feeling when walking. I will find out when i try

Lifts will always be better. But this method combined with lifts mogs imo.
Its literally like walking around with shoes even when you are barefoot.

It can make a huge difference for manlets in terms of confidence

Eventually the filler will migrate and you'll have to do it again

I imagine with such a high mobility/ high trauma location it wouldn't last very long

What about implants??
