wont say so except if ur wearing >2inch ones all the time, if u do like 1-1,5inches for like 2-3 hours its gonna be fine, make sure u stretch ur achiles afterwards cause they fuck it up most of the time atleast for me, also most def ur height inserts wont be >2inch, the ones that are marketed as a 3inch height boost on temu are actually ~3cm compressed when ur wearing them
