Height Inserts Problem

Ok so i have been wearing probably around 2-3 inch inserts for around 1-2 years almost everyday. Do you guys think it could have made me shorter now becuase of the shitty posture and if so how much can i gain back if i fix my posture

bro what how would insoles ruin posture by 2-3 inches? surely this is just a you issue and not because of the insoles

no im saying woudl wearing 2-3 inch inserts for about 2 years everyday have maybe taken an inch off my height will not taken off but like becuase my posture is shit

i would wear them almost all day everyday for atleast a year now id say atlwst 5-6 hours a day

Thought you meant shorter with the 2-3 inserts in, meaning you'd have lost 2-3 inches of actual height lol
