I think of height increasers as one of the best hacks a man can do, but with every looks max, I try to ensure there’s no problems that come with it so it is genuinely improving my life but I noticed my legs were feeling weird after some time using them and figured out after years. It can actually cause pretty bad damage to you.

What you need to negate

Insoles mainly cause:
Calf/Achilles shortening
Reduced ankle dorsiflexion
Slight forward weight bias

this is how I negate these problems. (5–10 min total):
Calf stretch (straight leg) – 45–60 sec each side
  • Calf stretch (bent knee) – 45–60 sec each side
  • Knee-over-toe ankle drives – 10–15 slow reps each side
  • Walk barefoot / flat – 5–10 minutes minimum
Stretching → restores muscle/tendon length
Ankle work → restores range of motion
Barefoot time → resets natural gait pattern

water, none of this happens unless you wear more than 3 inch insoles

just accept its over

Yeah but it’s good practice as it only takes a few minutes. Some people are more susceptible
