AF1s are overrated for height boost. Lots of NT shoes (like Alexander McQueen sneakers) that provide more height.

I think you can safely wear ~1 inch lifts and still not have people really notice if you have to take off your shoes. If they do, you can just blame the thick soled shoe. Wearing thick shoes is NT, but obviously people will think lifts scream insecure.

Works completely fine with lifts up to about 3.5cm. In converse you’d need bigger lifts for equivalent height boost, which fucks your walking and posture more. Also if you wear this stuff around people who have or will see you with unfrauded height, all the height can more convincingly be attributed to the shoes if they are thick, and wearing thick shoes is perfectly acceptable and NT.
