I'm currently 6'1 at 16, my dad is 5'11 and mom is 5'7 so I outgrew my parents by a few inches. Yet I ate like complete shit from 10-14 (I was very fat) and averaged around 4-5 hours of sleep on most days, I also barely worked out then.

Then I completely starved myself from 15 to lose weight and to compensate for my lack of physical activity, yet I still managed to grow 2 inches of height within that year.

Diet, gym and sleep is cope asf and prolly only impacts like 5-10% of ur overall height. The only way you could nerf ur height is if u were extremely malnourished as a kid or have some bone issues, the real reason why ur a manlet is ur shitty genetics.
