biggest factor people overlook when it come to gymceling is just eating. you can essentially stumble your way through getting big and strong as long as you stuff yourself with carbs and protein and maintain a good stimulus to fatigue ratio. literally nothing else matters.

if you want to get big and lean at the same time, you need roids

The only genetic issue that comes into play here is probably iq. Your friend must actually be doing everything wrong
I mean. Carbs >>> protein

I was talking to one of my bodybuilding friends at the gym the other day. He’s pretty jacked like 175 pounds at 5’11 semi lean (he’s like 18% bf) and he started ranting abt his routine and it’s insane.
The dude eats every hour, only eats chicken or beef with rice and a ton of vegetables, trains 5 days a week, Gets 8+ hours of sleep a night, hasn’t ate a cheat meal in almost a year, has no social life, been lifting for 3 years and that’s on top of all the shit he’s taking Wich is rad 140, mk677, sermoreline, bpc 157 and a sadalite cell repair peptide.
I couldn’t believe all that for that nigga.

While my other friend is 6’4 200 pounds at 12%bf, His diet is taco bell and Wendy’s, trains for the fuck of it, gets 2-3 hours of sleep, has a social life, only been training for a year Inconstantly (he dropped out of the gym for months at a certain point) and he’s a 100% natty JFL

And when they stand next tg the mog by the 6’4 dude is brutal. It’s sad nigga.
U can’t outwork bad genetics it’s sad.

What can very is non exercise thermogenesis. So if someone is naturally more active, moves around more ect, they will have a bigger caloric expenditure

6ft4 Dude is right. More carbs = a better stimulus to ur muscle, and ur muscle doesnt necessarily need as much protein

It’s not even that bro like the 5’11 dude he’s tryna bulk up he eats 5k calories a day of 350 protein and the 6’4 dude eats abt the same but 100 grams of protein with absolute no nutrients not to mention he’s natty and the 5’11 dude isn’t. And somehow the 6’4 dude is way bigger and leaner

On a real note tho, if you don’t see that much progress your first 6 months of lifting just quit. Bc your noobie gains determine your progress for the next 5 years. So if u can 5 pounds of muscle the first year of lifting. Every year after that it’s gonna be 1 pound of muscle a year
