You wont actually grow if your growth plates are closed however you have two options.

Stretching or surgery

im not talking about normal bodyweight stretches, do an extreme protocol with banded sleeping, 50-100kg weighted hangs etc

Most men grow into there 20s so theres always hope tbh it only rlly matters thats ur taller than the woman in my experiences ive never been turned down due to my height (yet)
