what are the best ways to get Vitamin D in Winter naturally?

How do you get vitamin D in winter naturally without any supplements? In my country theres barely any sun especially now that its winter and ive gone weeks without any sun exposure and i feel like shit. Are there any other ways of getting sufficient vitamin d for more days without any supplements?

Expose yourself to the weather, UV rays go through clouds

what are the highest vitamin d animal foods and how much vitamin d do they have? I eat salmon sometimes but i dont think it can keep my vitamin d levels stable for more than a day

I said animal foods in general because Vitamin D is more like a hormone and you can only find hormones in animals

Raw dairy is pretty good if you have access to it since its pretty affordable

does pasteurized milk have anything in it cuz thats the only thing i can get at the moment. My grandparents used to have goats but they sold them and now i only have store-bought pasteurized milk😔😔

There probably is but some claim the body doesn't ingest/absorb it properly because the enzymes and bacteria is gone. its Impossible to know for sure

Eating things like fish can help with it or even better fish oil will get your vitamin D healthy again because the fish eat plankton which is on top of the water making them absorb lots of vitamin D through the skin and therefore also providing the fish. Ideally, you would eat fatty fish since vitamin d is absorbed by fat and therefore you should also in the best case try to eat fatty in general.
