I don't understand why people on this forum think its over if they are below 6ft, I am 5'8 and regularly get with women at parties/nights out, height isn't that big of a factor because I just date shorter women (5'2-5'6), you guys need to stop limiting yourself due to height, I'd say as long as you are above 5'6 you have a chance in the west that is.

I have a very strict diet, I eat eggs, chicken, steak, fruit and vegetables and basic carbs (bread, rice etc) and drink lots of water, I was always skinny so I had to bulk from like 50kg to 70kg, My training split is 3x a week fullbody, I train mainly Weighted pull ups, bench press, OHP and barbell curls, that with 8 hrs of sleep let me gain like 20kg over 2 yrs.
