tbh I really think anything past modest lifts is noticeable

also people cope w shoes & shit cus airmaxes etc give 1/2 inches but fail to realise most men get a 1/2 inch boost from their shoes

idk much about it tbh, but as far as I can see it's probably not a good idea for anyone who does any form of exercise. I highly doubt you can make a 100% recovery from it
