Measuring your height day in day out ends in insanity 100% of the fucking time. I have back problems and my parents are not treating me for it because they are lazy as fuck but it may or may not be the same for you. I don't know why my height is so volatile.

Sleep well in nice bed, 10hrs, get out of bed, stretch night before and night after, stand head forward fully alert with chest tucked in. Non cope, dragging the box down smoothly and not slanting it like a fucking 70IQ retard.
188.5cm.
No work whatsoever that day, just rest and stretch and videogames.
187.25cm midday height
nighttime height, 186cm

Sleep decent, 8 hours, decent work load, some back pain, head fully forward alert chest in, decent bed. Non cope.
188cm morning
186.5 midday height
185~185.25 night height

Sleep poor, 6 hours, crack back, back pain, slouching all day, heavy ass school books that weigh so much, insane weather out and a long walk home, etc. All non cope measurements
Morning height - 187.5cm
Midday height - 185.5cm
Nighttime height - 184.5cm

Any way I can keep the height I have in the first? Glucosamine to repair my shitty bone cartilage? Stretching? This is ridiculous, having your midday height go down by nearly an inch is wild, wtf is going on and how can I stop it? Dont give me the "i DoUbT iT" bullshit I have confirmed this with every fucking method possible. If it wasnt true I would rather be the last solidly than this. Its insane. There is a four fucking centimeter difference between my lowest night height and my highest morning height. WTF is going on :feelsree::feelsree::feelsree:

Will HGH make my hips bigger and give me Type 2 Diabetes? Is there any way I can prevent this?

I DONT FUCKING KNOW THATS THE PROBLEM
Most likely I have back problems with my spinal erectors leading to me shrinking ~3cm, which gets exacerbated when I do heavy labour or carry heavy objects or dont sleep much. If I fix it I hope I can get taller :feelswat::feelswat::feelswat:

Brother, I am 188 morning height, its the shrinkage that concerns me, imagine randomly being half an inch shorter than your height and you have little control over it. So over.
lol i do suggest maybe fixing ur joints? like your knees could maybe sink throughout the day
 
You could try taking glucosamine

it helps on keeping the discs between the vertebras hydrated as it improves the properties of synovial fluid. You might be facing a bit of disc degeneration by shrinking that much. Get checked for APT or other postural problems
