is there anything whatsoever i can do to increase my height - peptides aside, i am 13 and 5’7, my parents are 6ft and 5’8.

you'll grow, i was similar at 13, now at 18 6'4, although my parents are a bit taller

i’m interested in the topic and want some questions sorted out ? there’s nothing wrong with wanting to have future knowledge anyways.

Hello again Imh,

at 13 you haven't stopped growing, and actually 5'7 is very above average for a 13 year old.

You should focus primarily on your diet, make sure you're eating collagen, protein & calcium, these help a lot with general growth along with a overall balanced diet.

If you're looking for extreme measures for height then I can tell you now that they are not needed for your height, you'll grow to be 6ft if not taller if you have a good diet, remember that your dad hasnt reached his full genetic height potential because he likely didnt eat a perfect diet, if you eat better than him you'll grow to be taller than him.

You'll find collagen in most animal skins (Fish, Chicken etc.), so if your family ever has a meal where they serve roasted chicken or grilled fish, you can try and eat some of that

Protein is found in almost all meats, but red meats are the most overall nutrient dense, so i'd recommend eating those

You get a lot of calcium in by just drinking excess amounts of milk, i'd recommend this aswell

Overall my diet from 1-14 years old was heavy in milk & dairy, which is why I'm 6'3 now (an inch taller than my father)

i consume roughly a litre or more of milk a day, we don’t commonly eat red meats it’s usually chicken and fish, i am utilising creatine and obviously protein beef isolate which i believe can substitute for a lot of essential nutrients. thanks again

I was 5'3 or 5'4 at 13 and now I'm at 5'7 and still in puberty,you will definitely grow taller with passage of time

And what if your parents are both short? (mother around 155 and father around 170 at best). I'm 16 and I'm stuck at 167-168, I fraud with shoes and lifts to 173 but in my region it's still considered short. Even my girlfriend is taller than me of few cm and even if she said it doesn't matter I just feel like trash when I'm shorter than 70% of the people around me
