limb lengthening is a joke. it costs tens of thousands minimum, and takes a year of your life away recovering as a cripple with potentially longer lasting disadvantages.
its a copeish dream, by the time one gets the surgery theyll be in their twenties, that is if they do follow through, and youth is limited.
height is very brutal, in my opinion the worst 'pill' of them all, but if youre not tall, you just have to accept your circumstances.
167 is liveable with a decent face, so certainly more plausible facial measures are the better option.

sometimes. i think of it like this, the reason height becomes an attractive trait is because of the presence and exceptional difference in size that exists in having it, combined with female desire. so, a 'good' face would have to be exceptional, very beautiful, to counteract another exceptional trait, that being height. a small gap in height means you need to meet the difference by possessing a proportionally better face, and this can easily be won. you go against a 6"5 beast as a 5"6 runt you cant make up for the difference.

Certainly the hairline is recessed from what's visible with this bizarre little widow's peak thing right at the front. The color looking like an undefined mousey grey and slightly brown. The haircut itself...well I'm not sure it qualifies as a haircut, it's messy, all over the place and uneven.

Your face shape is round. The jaw has zero definition. Your body type is best described as weak and fat. That impacts your fat face. It also lends to the overall impression fo the face as "punchable". I don't mean anything personal by that, I am just saying objectively, you look like someone who gets bullied or needs to be pushed around for some reason.

You can't grow facial hair, so you've chosen to go for some patchy bits of whisp which grows irregularly in different places - you frankly look absolutely ridiculous and trying to find a bit of definition however you can. You remind me of a bald man with a bad comb over in this regard.

One thing which jumps out is how hideous your eye area is - and I'm really, really, not trying to be rude. It's honestly terrible. You've got these massive under eye bags, the fat has descended, the collagen has broken down, and ages you right up. Your eye area is about the quality you'd expect of a male in his 40s who hasn't taken care of his skin, but the other areas of the face such as your inability to grow facial hair point your age downwards.

Your eye color itself is swamp/toilet brown, which speaks for itself.

You also have visible naso labial folds, prey eyes with high eyebrows. The skin texture is generally poor, ghost white. I genuinely believe because you're on here and due to how round the face shape is, like a baby's jaw, you're mid 20s, but you look mid-30s overall. You should aim to look younger, not older than your actual age.

I don't think you understand quite how bad you look. To think you're a 6 is honestly laughable. Again I am trying to be genuinely honest and not mean in the slightest. i'd consider doing some basic softmaxxes first, including going to the gym, lifting weights, trying to diet etc.
