i am 15 years old and i will be doing height maxing strategies twice a day every day, once when i wake up and before i go to sleep, i am currently 173 cm , idk how many feet that is but i am aiming to be a minimum of 6 foot or 6 foot 1 would be ideal. i will post my progress every 30 days and i will test if these strategies are legit or if they are cope

i will be doing stretching exercises that i have seen to show progress, there are many of them for which i will do them for 30 seconds and will do them 3 times, then i will also do maasai jumps and drinkng two cups of milk with honey in them everyday

so what will help
- Injecting growth hormone
- taking an ai (not really smart during development)
- Sleeping 8-9 hours
- getting all your micro and macro nutrients

masai jumps don't work but go ahead
 
so what should i do
sleep train eat good dont take height killers play sports and ghrp-2 or ghrp-4 people really reccommend bullshit techniques and they act like those techniques can alter genetics, you can't alter your genes with any technique unless you take a gh secretagogue. how tall are you rn? also i'd take my advice with a grain of salt this is what i've seen other people do and gain results i personally have not used ghrp-2 or 4

height killers are bad habits like smoking alchol junk food caffeine bad sleep etc and ghrp is basically a safer hgh, It's a Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide, so it's completely natural. Instead of creating artificial growth hormone, it acts as a stimulant for growth hormone releasing, and tries to maximize and boost your production. GHRP-2 is the lesser one, with less side effects (increased hunger being the main side effect). GHRP-6 is more effective but hardly worth it because the side effects are much more prominent, it's pretty much a little bit better results for WAY worse side effects, but no bad sides just a huge appetite.

depends on what you want to improve, there's a shit ton of softmaxxes you can find on tiktok. some are cope but some definitely work, softmaxxes can only ascend u 1-2 tiers tho. just focus on hair skin bf% and eye area those r imo the most important softmaxxes
