Height increasing insoles, had the same ones for like 3 years, so with fresh ones i’d probs get to abit over 5ft 10 cuz the pressure from wearing them so long would reduce height over time on the insoles
im 5'9 and i wear airforces (+0.8 inches) and 3 inch height boosters so i get to around 6'1 and it feels heavenly

Just flat shoes, with like 0.25-0.5 inch increase on the normal shoes, so i only get to about 5ft 9 with those ones & i have to only wear 0.5-0.75 max insoles in cuz with shorter / flatter shoes it’s hard to do more in with shorter back heels
