HEIGHT MAXXING AT 17 and Binded sleeping

Im 17 and unsure the status of my growth plates im guessing somewhat open since ive grown 2cm in last year.
Anyways I don't want to start blasting HGH or AI's until im sure my shits open which is for next month.

In the meanwhile I was looking at alternative strats like binded sleeping which according to the community and people trying it, it works.
So ive decided to try it, ive ordered the setup for it. I hope to grow at least 5cm by the time im 19 which sounds unrealistic but I wanna aim high. anyways ill keep y'all updated. If anybody has any other height growth Strats I'd really appreciate it if y'all could share or any anecdotal growths from 17 and on etc.

you cant just guess. That 2cm could've been the act of your growth plates initiating closure.

Get a bone age scan, or larp that you broke your wrist or some shit and you'll get an x ray.

Good luck fucking up all your joints. The force wont act on your bones but on your soft tissues.

When some one pulls your arm where does it hurt? At the joints because the Weaker part of a limb will take all the force

Your plates are 99 percent fused but before you take any drastic measure take a wrist x ray
