INTRO
Ever since I was young, I thought I would easily be over 6 foot
My parents were 5 10 and 6 foot and I had 6'4 and 6'6 grandparents
But I just never grew
Every year it seemed like it was just one inch and I kept coping and coping saying "I'm just a late bloomer"
Well now I'm here sitting at 5'9 at 16 and wondering what happened

XRAY & DIAGNOSIS
I recently got a bone age scan done.
The report showed my middle phalanx growth plates are almost closed, but radius and ulna remain open.
My bone age came back as 16, and I’m currently 16.3 years old.
Doctor said I probably have 3–6 months of growth left and at max a cm of growth. But I'm not going to give up
I’ve been stuck at 176 cm (5'9") for over a year, but this scan confirmed I need to act now

I will play football daily, sprint 2–3x/week, hang and stretch daily, and optimize my sleep like it’s my job (9–10 hours per night, dark/cold room, no blue light).

GOAL
I’m aiming to hit 179–181 cm by the end of this cycle.
I’d be happy with even 2 cm — but based on my current signs and response, I’m pushing for 4+.
obiously the dream would be 6 foot, but im keeping my expectations realistic
Even if it doesn’t work, I'll be satisfied knowing I did all I could do.
I'm also interested in the many other benifits of growth hormone such as frame, muscle growth, etc..
All these benifits also contribute to helping me in my sport, a huge reason I'm doing this
As in my specific position, height, strength, and sprinting speed are extremely important
CONCLUSION
This isn’t a test cycle or “see how it goes.”
This is the final 6-month window I have. And I’ve committed to this completely
