Height maxxing plan

5,7.5 at 15 both parents are. 5,11 have been on mk677 oral yk11 and 12.5 mgs Aromasin everyday for three months and have not really seen any height gains but a lot of muscle. Just ordered Hgh and meclizene for Fgfr3 inhibition what else should I try and add to this stack?
