Hormonal Pathways
The FGFR3 "Brake" and Erdafitinib
The FGFR3 gene naturally limits the human body by acting like a brake on chondrocytes. Erdafitinib blocks FGFR3, letting the growth plate’s proliferative zone expand past normal limits, causing faster skeletal growth.
CNP and Vosoritide (Growth Acceleration)
CNP acts as a “go” signal by binding NPR-B and counteracting FGFR3. Vosoritide increases this signal, boosting cartilage expansion so plates work closer to full potential.
Estrogen Suppression and Plate Senescence
Estrogen drives epiphyseal fusion. Aromatase Inhibitors like Letrozole reduce estrogen to delay fusion, keeping plates “young.” SERMs like Raloxifene block estrogen at bone receptors selectively.
The GH/IGF-1 Synergistic Drive
GH fuels growth, but IGF-1 is key. GH triggers IGF-1 production in the liver, which stimulates growth plate cell division. The IGF-1/IGFBP-3 ratio is critical; high IGFBP-3 blocks IGF-1 from bones. High-dose HGH + Letrozole maximizes growth.
GH Secretagogues and MK-677
MK-677 (Ibutamoren) mimics ghrelin, prompting the pituitary to release more GH. This keeps growth signaling consistent as long as plates aren’t fully matured.
Fluoxymesterone (Halotestin) for Growth Velocity
Low doses (~2.5 mg) increase growth speed 1.7–2.5x. Androgenic stimulation helps reach genetic height potential faster during puberty.
PTH Modulation and Density
Abaloparatide and Teriparatide mimic PTH to activate osteoblasts. This strengthens bone density and may influence jaw growth.

- Play sports: swimming, sprinting, climbing. sports that are man made are pointless and are for incels.
- Stretching, posture correction
- Drink 3–4 liters of raw milk daily (if you can source it safely)
- Caloric surplus if still growing
