Its incredibly unlikely you are deficient in these since you already produce vitamin d3 and all the nutrients you listed can be found in most diets already unless you have a pretty shitty one you might wanna supplement but for most people this isn't the case.

The AI tool detected that everything you said about FGFR3 is from AI, even the goddam title. The word “brake” and the columns as you can see from my screenshot of my ChatGPT and another screenshot about CNP. I basically sent this CNP and Vosoritide in another session along with the whole guide and it said that thats something the AI is trained to say. The keywords “&” and “maximize” are also AI keywords along with almost half the guide flagged as AI. All the other stuff is not important, and even the title doesn’t mean anything. Like, what the fuck is Synergistic Drive

What if i do with proper form
let me explain properly, what i meant was that heavy lifts such as deadlifts could result in growth stunt if form is incorrect. however, even then it will stunt growth since building muscles require igf 1 and if you are growing whilst going to the gym your body needs to split the igf-1 to build muscle as well as grow so, one can conclude that it does stunt your growth.

its just a supplement and it helps with bone growth. its very helpful. you dont need it if u can source out raw milk though.
