How can I become taller during puberty i know about ai, hgh and cjc and all that shit, but i don't know with what to start. Im 16 years old with a late puberty. My dad is 6 foot and my mom is 5.6.

Start hgh right away (4-6IU), dont take an ai just yet (if you dont ever have to take one then don't)
