A noticable height difference is 1.5 inches [objectively] among all heights
I remember being 1 inch taller than my friend for years and people thought we were the same height, then I hit 1,5 inches taller, then people started commenting "Oh I thought you guys were the same height"

If mog = noticably outshinining someone, then it's 1,5 inches in pictures IRL
if it's completely outshines, it'd be 2.5-3 inches for both
