Depends on person but you can't really frame mog somebody if you aren't taller then them

mostly height dictates frame too. seen a sub5 5´4 nigger gymcel and a tall skinny guy at the same time. the skinny guy mogged the manlet.

If you frame mog but aren't tall it basically doesn't count, no one cares then
