i know this may be understood as anecdotal evidence
To be clear i dont want to say that height optimization such as sleep, diet, exercise have no effect. What im trying to say is that most people overlook how much they really help
this theory for this comes from mine and my younger brothers experience(2yrs apart(18-16))
im 195cm and my brother is 180cm tall
i know he could grow a few extra centimeters
The most i ever grew was 11cm in 4months right around the start of summer break(2022 so i was 14) i grew from 180 to 191
With summer break my sleep and diet were wrecked(going to sleep at 5-6-7am and eating whatever) also i have never exercised or doing sports at the time
on the other side my brother has always had a good sleep schedule, diet and always exercised
my point is that genetics are everything and that height optimization isnt as important as you think(unless you want every possible centimeter)
