I have officially been height pilled, my mom is 5’1 dad is 6’3 brother is 5’10
What can I do to grow I am 5’8 plates are open
I want to at least reach 6 foot
What is best for minimal side effects
My budget is 2k

mk-677 is your best bet it is GH-secretagogue meaning that it will boost your natural production so no needles and nothing suspicious for your parents. Mk will basically level up your already existent HGH production so if you were going to grow two inches it will become 3 etc, Watch Derek from more plates more dates for more details dm when you are ready

Sports will only waste the energy you can use for growing. Be sedentary and eat a lot, if anything. It's borderline too late, but you can still use HGH and AI.

Also I eat like 3500 calories a day 200 G protein

That is like avg height for 15 year old , most guys in my skl who r 15 are 5’7 - 5’9 .
