This is what I'm going to try to do for height,, I got the really bad end of genetics/my puberty got completely messed up so I'm 15 and 158.5cm (5'2.5) and growth plates are basically fused bone age is 17


+13-16cm quad limb lengthening (my parents are paying for it)

+.5-1.5 in. Banded sleeping/pelvic tilt/posture

(5'8-5'10)

+ 0-.5 in. Bonesmashing heels

(5'8-5"10.5)

+ 3 in. Shoes w boosters

(5'11-6"1.5)

Then look like this

I will but I probably won't be able to immediately, that makes it more like 250k total which I don't got the money for unless I cheap out and get it in a 3rd world country which might be a better bet since it's not as hard as limb lengthening. You don't cheap out on ll you'll get crippled

fixing pelvic is atleast 1.5 inches ALONE, sleeping thing gives u 2 inches if done for long enough

I hope, if i could get more that would be great. I'm not too sure how well banded sleeping would work post op but I'm sure once the bone fully heals it shouldn't been different

My craniofacial circumference is around 21 1/2 inches

My bideltoid length is around 18 I'm not sure if I measured this correctly

I don't think much people will notice an inch difference smaller face I mean idk I google it and I fall within the average range of an adult which would assume is average height so like 5'9. It's better than being 5'2 like I'd rather be a framelet at average height than be a midget height. And I'm not going to be 6'1 barefoot I'd be 5'8-5'9 barefoot post op
