ngl i might be over 6'2 with proper diet
a grew like ~5cm in a little less than a month but was eating goyslop b4 so my fault

Well, the mid-parental height formula estimates you will grow to around 5'10.5", but that's an estimation, given your height of 5'8 at 13 and with proper nutrition and habits you may grow to 6'0", I don't think you will realistically get to +6'1" though.

Unless your family is genetically tall and your parents got unlucky, or they did anything in their development years that potentially stunted their growth.

don't know about my parents,but for example my grandpa from my dad's side was tall as fuck (prolly over 6'4)

my grandpa from my moms side also died from something similar
rn im js tryna eat as much vitamins and minerals+ around 80-100g of protein a day

also diet varies but this is what im trying to stick to:
5-6 eggs with bacon
some fruits (whatever i have,ranging from bananas to melons)
protein pancakes or some type of meat+rice or potatos (tryna get rid of panckes they are processed😢)
dark choclate (85%) (this is also pretty much the only sweet i eat,not including cheat meals but i only do them on holidays etc.)
thats pretty much all
if i exercise tho i eat a little more (tryna have a calroic surplus)

I was 5’8 at about 13.5, my growth significantly slowed down at 14.5, but I had a disgustingly bad development. Did no exercise, fapped multiple times a day, stayed indoors all day long on my phone, terrible posture, ate shitty food, probably could’ve grown taller

I assume by the normal standards I should’ve been around 5’9 right? I don’t feel happy about my height though, cuz I feel like if I had better development I could’ve reached 6’2.
Nah it’s normal though, it’s weird but I seen so many guys with short parents get to 6’0+

I could’ve as well, I knew about that shit since I was 15, but I was too lazy and broke to do so. I tried to import hgh from turkey but my source was fucking annoying so I just gave up. Should’ve used a peptide or something at least

No it isn’t. Not gymcelling but just playing sports, being out in the sun, eating lots and exercising lots. Fapping is also horrible for growth. I know google says it has no effect, but I believe it ages you and also is giving your brain artificial sexual success, so it doesn’t need to grow in size to attract a female

Manlets are gymceld because they're compensating for being short, lol. I've never met a short athlete though.

The earlier you do, the better to be honest
If hgh is difficult to get or risky, I always recommend something like Ipamorelin. It just increases your natural growth hormone production with nearly no side effective

could also be because they did things they seemed as "misc" but changed them
