I wanna hit 5,10.

Last time i grew was last year august 5,0 to 5,7


What may i be predicted and how to increase it, not sleep i already factor that in

U can use the formula that doctors use for genetics mom height+ dad height+ 13 ÷2 so for your case (160+177+13)÷2= 175cm or 5'9 ofc beacuse this can't be narrowed to the pin point they do ±8cm so lowest would be 167cm and highest 183cm considering you're almost 17 u probably already reached ur genetic potential which was sadly below average while u brother on the other hand got the good end of the rope and went above average I'm sorry bro

Brotha, most of these bodybuilders you see have gotten their hands on HGH. AI is even easier to access. It literally just takes a few Google searches. Maybe the cost is a barrier, I get that, but honestly, this is the only stuff that could confidently give him a few extra inches in height, if we're being generous.
