i’m around 5’7 my dads the same height as me maybe 5’7.5 my mom is like 5’5 5’6 i'm 13 turning 14 in April i assume my growth plates are still open but i was wondering what my estimated max height would be and what i can do to maximize it

nigga why tf ru asking us go and ask a doctor 😂 and to maximize it just sleep well eat well stay active keep stress low lift heavy thats basically it im 5'8 at 16 and i was 5'6 at 14 so u will grow

I would say it highly depend on your puberty state, and your life hygiene over your next 5 years.

You should be a bit higher than 6ft with mini 8 hr of sleep, daily sun, exercice especially explosive like sprinting 2 times per week, 2g protein per kg of your body weight, all that on an average basis, modulo your puberty state (the earliest state you are currently in the more growth potential related to puberty there is left).

Stress, chronical diseases, lack of calories and some meds like corticoids could reduce your final height significantly depending on the amount and time you are exposed to it.

Wouldn't say bulk, but it's better than going underweight. Slight surplus of calories not more than 500kcal per day on average, and explosive short intensity excercice, full body and especially the legs, so anything requiring jumping / sprinting.

Bulking would be weightlifting and eating like an ogre, best for flat muscle & strength gain (but lot of fat which means oestrogen and high risk of aromatizing, and injuries issues), not the best for hormones like test, not good for aestetic (fat & bloating on face, bad jaw / chin) and CLEARLY not the best for height, but still better than doing nothing for sure.

Also, don't neglect the rest, I told you many different things, but they are the one having the biggest impacts between hundreds of other factor that you can control (genetic, pre-natal T...).

I mean, the difference in the end can be 1 to 2 inches going for the things I told you or going full retarded bulk, you can bulk later, but you will probably not need to.

I was a little shorter than you and now im like 5 9 almost 5 10 at 15 you will prob be like 5 10.5 in a year unless you are an early bloomer
