i have cursed genetics, the only thing that has somewhat worked is just eating 4k calories a day and going to the gym but even that feels like a lot to maintain for the slightest results.
bro trust me i feel you... im on the same path. eating this much sucks especially for so little gains.. have you thought about creatine? it's a good way to add some mass. seeing the weight come on is a good morale boost. helps you squeeze a few more reps out too
