My knees do hurt a lot. I grew a foot in a year and a half and do physical therapy, sometimes I can barely walk or get up from a a chair.

if u dont start 8mg erda and 25IU hgh within the next month its over for you
no but fr just wait and if ur under 6'4 by 16 I'd start low dose ai and hgh just to make sure you reach the ideal (6'6ish) bc atp it's an easy win, that won't give u any negative side effects if u do it correctly which is relatively simple (REP ME)
