So im 14 mid puberty almost no body or facial hair and 178 . My parents are: dad 176 mom 166 they are pretty short but both of their siblings are taller than them . Im not sure how tall i am or how close i am gonna be to my goal of 182 .

onsidering ur parents height 182 might be hard but considering ur current height u can even get taller than ur height goal

i was completely on the contraty to u for instance. pretty short in comparison to my peers till approx 16 but with a 185 dad. now at 19 im 192.

so imo its really unpredictaable to just base a prediction on genetics. just do sports eat clean and sleep a lot (and hope)

179 bro obv that’s a good height but yk always good to keep going higher, had such an early puberty it’s annoying. Got a gram of Erda coming anyway doctor didn’t like that I wanted to get my growth plates tested so just gonna test to see if I can get 6 foot for shits and giggles
Dad - 182cm Mum - 175cm.
Mum dad - 190cm. Dads dad - 167cm

Oh fuck yeah good stuff bro you got the genetics to reach 183 to 184 if plates are open but in my case I was actually incredibly lucky to hit the height I got now sadly I stopped growing because of advanced plates and this was before I found out about pharma, so I couldn’t do anything to increase my height at a advanced rate or prevent my plates from closing my mum is 160cm and dad 163cm which is absolutely terrible genetics in terms of height and it really sucks obviously do wish I was taller but I’m super grateful for hitting 175 because it could’ve been a lot worse
