I’m 184 cm right now at 15 turning 16 in 2 weeks. My dad is 165 cm and my mom is 157 cm. I started taking 6 ius of hgh around 3 months ago and I’ve grown an inch and a half

Also my parents had a really shitty carb focused diet growing up because they climbed mountains in the Himalayas their whole life
