I’m 14, and I’ve been the same height(5'8) for about the past six months and a lot of my friends have started to grow taller than me, and it’s making me worry that I’m doing something wrong. I’ve been getting good sleep, trying my best to eat a healthy diet, and staying active but I just cant seem to be growing anymore. My dad is 6'2 and my mom is 5'6, so I’m confused about why my height hasn’t changed.

You can still grow but have patience, you are still young and there are people that bloom later than others. Also, the things you are doing are fine too. Try fixing your posture too, thats gonna help a lot.
