he just got unlucky imo.
in like 99% cases if the mother is not too much shorter than father the son is almost always taller than the father

Wont stop growing till your 18-19, ur fine prob gonna be taller than ur dad

There's a lot of factors that could have led to that result, don't compare to someone significantly older than you and with a completely different lifestyle
