hgh and AI like anastrozole talk to your doctor about a bone age estimation test on your left wrist to check if your growth plates are open if they are great you can grow, hgh costs a shit ton i wont even lie im trying to hop on it too but its insanly expensive so get a job and while your saving up for hgh hop on an AI to slow down growth plate fusion as much as you can.

what exactly is AI? my doctor said i will maybe end up being around 5'10, but my surgeon told me i might stop growing around 16 (he looked at an xray of my legs)

AI is short for aromitise inhibitor basically they block testosterones conversion to estrogen, estrogen is the primary factor that closes your growth plates so when you block 80-90% of estrogen it takes wayyy longer for plates to close thus giving you more height

ohh thanks i know what that is i just didnt know what ai stood for lmaooo
im a bit iffy on taking it because ik estrogen is still important and i dont want to mess up my bone health
recomendations on whats a good AI and what to do to prevent sides?
