please give me an optimal height stack my goal is to reach 188cm barefoot please and thankyou anything is appreciated i know my growth plates would almost be closed but ill use the last year or so according to my doctor to its fullest potential + spine growthplates will be open for years jfl please help guys seriously thanks so much very appreciated

They aren't ,,close to closing" nigga

They ARE closed

(Edit: spine growth plates will give you a MAXIMUM of 0.5cm, you can't grow them more, even if you could, you would get severe scoliosis and severe back problems)
