Well, take an AI (Aromasin or Arimidex most preferably). Then start off with 12.5mg of aromasin eod or ED or 0.5MG of arimidex eod or Ed, and get a blood test and see your e2 levels. With aromasin, consume with fat

You have to take it with fat, I would keep a close eye on your mental health while on it. Mine went to shit using it.

The good thing about arimidex vs aromasin is that if you start feeling like shit the effects wear off fast since your estrogen rebounds back. With aromasin you are stuck feeling like shit for like 4-5 days.
