height surgery i dont get it

if you get height surgery you have these massive scars on your legs so whats the point. You cant go to the beach or be in a warm climate. Youre bascially forced to pantsmaxx. At that point just height fraud with huge boosts seems like better option no? since that also requires wearing pants always. Also when you smash a girl you gotta take them pants anyways so i dont really get it. Im sure the supershortcels will say do both but for the 6ft ish and up niggas i dont really get it.
