It doesn't change jack shit, if anything you've fucked yourself up more, being taller means you're not just tall on the legs, but your bones in general are stronger and taller and can support more weight, if you get this surgery you're literally ruining your life, it's basic copemaxxing, your arms are gonna be short as fuck, same with your feet and a lot of other body parts that needed height, you're still a manlet you can't change shit about it.
