The spine is extremely fragile and is made of many discs and vertebrae stacked like Jenga blocks, even a small twist can cause dislocated discs and possibly even cripple you

The concept of a spine lengthening osteotomy is absolutely ridiculous

Heel filler/implants do exist however, but they migrate and compress so you have to go to the surgeon to get new ones every few months; what a fucking hassle amiright

Theoretically it is possible to lengthen the vertebrae via stretching the spine an extreme amount

fully stretching out the discs and leaving gaps in between the vertebrae

before using those special medical vibration osteoblast devices (commonly used in LL to promote bone growth) + exogenous hormones on the vertebrae so that they grow thicker and fill up the "gaps"

effectively permanently lengthening the spine.


HOWEVER, this is highly impractical and risky and it s just something i made up that i think may or may not lengthen the spine
