I got 4 autoimmune disorders and all impact developement
i went malnourished through puberty
My dad is 1 inch or 2inches max taller then me
And my brother is 3-4 inches taller then me but he always was taller maybe he got better genes

So even though I was malnourished and actual malnourishment due to a chronic disorder it only impacted me max 4 inches and more like 2 inches.

If you got no chronic disorders no matter what you do you gonna reach your genetic limit height even if you eat only 10g protein daily
