Overall 5´11" with wide frame is definitely better than 6´4" framecel since both are decent heights and roughly equally close to the ideal range of 6´1-6´2" for attracting women. However, the pictures in this thread are a bit misleading since while the 6´4" guy doesn't have a great frame, it could be still be worse.

I edited my post. Upon closer inspection the guy doesn't have a good frame, although I still wouldn't call him a true framecel. He looks about average in terms of frame, which is not great, but not disastrous either.
